1. Cancellations by the Client

​

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or credit towards another session.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable.

• If you fail to attend your session without prior notice (“no-show”), the session will be considered used and no refund will be issued.

2. Rescheduling

​

• You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Additional rescheduling requests may incur an admin fee.

3. Cancellations by RadPrepUK

​

• If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook at a mutually convenient time.

4. Refunds

​

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made in line with the timeframes stated above.

 

5. Late Arrivals

​

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and no partial refunds will be issued.

 

6. Technical Issues

​

• If technical problems (e.g., internet failure) prevent the session from going ahead, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
