Fulfilment Policy

1. Service Delivery

​

  • All RadPrepUK services are delivered online via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Once your booking and payment are confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your session date, time, and Zoom link.

​

2. Booking Confirmation

​

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@radprepuk.

​

3. Session Preparation

​

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and any necessary documents or questions ready for your session.

  • Please join the Zoom meeting at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

​

4. Completion of Service

​

  • A session is considered “fulfilled” once the agreed time has been completed on the scheduled date.

  • No further deliverables are provided unless otherwise stated in the service description.

5. Follow-Up Materials (if applicable)

​

  • If your service includes follow-up notes, templates, or resources, these will be emailed to you within 3 business days after the session.

​

6. Non-Attendance

​

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed service and is non-refundable.
